Dispatch #008 | Got Your Six

System Ownership, Strategic Alliances, and the Future of Operator-Led Growth

5 Min Read

“When the mission is critical, clarity is lethal.”

RevForce Field Manual, Section 6.3

You might have noticed that last week there was no dispatch.

Not because I forgot. Not because I was slacking.

But because the entire RevForce squad (with the exception of one who’s travel logistics were interrupted) were boots-on-ground in Chicago for a two-day in-person workshop with our channel partners from Run Autopilot, who flew in from Denver.

This was the first time in nearly ten months of working together that our two teams met face-to-face.

And it wasn’t a networking event. It was a strategic alignment summit, part battlefield briefing, part operator initiation.

Oh yeah and did I mention we rented a 16 person airbnb for all of us to stay at? This place had it all!

Day One kicked off with a reset on roles and responsibilities inside RevForce.

As of now, every Operator owns a system. Not a task. Not a ticket. Not some quarterly “OKR.” A System with a capital ‘S’.

Unlike the bloated corporate model of “product owners” with unclear swim lanes and too many meetings, our Operators are Full Stack System Owners charged with full end-to-end execution and maintenance.

Here’s the structure that guides it all:

The 6 Core RevOps Systems That Drive Growth

  1. Traffic System – Driving buyer attention via organic or paid channels

  2. Capture System – Converting attention into data and intelligence

  3. Convert System – Turning leads into paying customers

  4. Onboarding System – Ensuring seamless access to the product/service

  5. Fulfillment System – Delivering the actual value with precision

  6. Support System – Maintaining trust and relationships long after delivery

You might’ve seen the phrase “We Got Your Six” in our branding and now you know what it means.

Every system covers the one ahead of it. Each one feeds the next with mission-critical data.

On Day One, each RevForce Operator gave a live walkthrough of their system detailing how intelligence flows across the lifecycle, what gets measured, and how feedback loops drive improvement.

Then it was Run Autopilot’s turn.

Their founding team gave us the full debrief: market reach, product vision, and why their AI-powered platform is the perfect tech stack to power the outbound machine we’re building.

This wasn’t no “kumbaya retreat.” It was alignment. Precision. Chain of command clarity.

And that was just day one.

“The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.”

— Phil Jackson, 11-time NBA Champion Coach

Mission Debrief: Legacy Retired. Systems Deployed

One of our recent clients acquired a local legacy business that’s been a staple of the local community where Jaz and I live for decades.

Think handwritten invoices, appointment books with coffee stains, and customer records stored in dusty file cabinets.

Well it wasn’t quite this bad but you get the point.

But the new owner saw the writing on the wall. Legacy loyalty doesn’t survive without modern systems.

The mission is now to retire the old infrastructure and rebuild the business on AI-powered automation by streamlining internal operations while enhancing the customer experience.

Here’s what made this mission different, the client’s leadership and overall mindset.

He didn’t flinch at the tech stack.

He leaned in by investing early, asked smart questions, rolled up his sleeves, and rallied his team to learn alongside him.

That mindset is the real competitive advantage.

What We Did:

✅ Conducted a legacy system audit to map out manual dependencies and friction points
✅ Implemented an AI powered social media content creation and distribution platform to eliminate scheduling conflicts and coordination bottlenecks
✅ Digital overhaul and improved online reputation management with improved SEO efforts
✅ Built a robust CRM system that captures and tracks key customer data points.

🔥 Tactical Takeaways:

  • The best clients don’t buy tech. They adopt transformation.

  • Legacy systems require surgical demolition. Don't bulldoze, deconstruct with intention.

  • Empowering internal staff reduces resistance. Change management is part of the deployment.

Operator Pro Tip:

📌 When your client is willing to learn the system alongside you, everything accelerates.
Train the owner. Empower the team. The best deployments happen when everyone’s in the trenches.

If day 1 was about alignment, day 2 was about execution.

With roles and responsibilities dialed in across both RevForce and Run Autopilot, we transitioned into tactical breakout sessions.

Every Operator was tasked with refining their assigned system but not in isolation.

Each Operator paired with the person responsible for the preceding or following system in the chain to stress-test handoffs and data transfer points.

The goal? No bottlenecks. No black holes. No sloppy transitions. Only clean handoffs and feedback loops built for scale.

While the Operators were deep in the trenches optimizing workflows, the leadership teams locked in to hammer out vision alignment, channel strategy, and the activation roadmap for the next phase of our partnership.

And here’s the real truth of it, when you bring high-performance people into a room and crank up the stakes, things may get a little hot.

There were moments where ideas clashed and comfort zones cracked. But that’s the point. Iron sharpens Iron.

Greatness doesn’t come from consensus. It comes from collisions with intent.

By the end of the day, we conducted a full internal audit of our existing assets:

  • Sales collateral

  • Messaging

  • SOPs

  • Deployment blueprints

  • Fulfillment assets

Some were outdated, while others just needed tuning, and a handful of new resources were born on the spot to support the next phase of growth.

Day 2 ended with clarity, momentum, and a few beers to cool the burn.

Mission status: Victory.

Time for your recon drop.

This is Actionable Intelligence that matters, globally and inside the HighLevel war room.

🏭 OpenAI’s Stargate Initiative Hits Rough Terrain

A splashy $500 billion AI-infrastructure initiative co-led by OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle, announced at the White House in January, has hit significant roadblocks according to a recent Wall Street Journal report.

Here’s the core intel:

  • No data-center deals yet. Six months into the project, zero facilities have been signed. The original grand ambition of gigawatt-scale data-center builds across states is being scaled back to a single pilot site in Ohio scheduled for completion by year’s end.

  • Partner tensions rising. Internal disagreements between SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son and OpenAI’s Sam Altman over site selection are slowing execution.

  • Parallel efforts picking up. While Stargate falters, OpenAI is forging ahead independently by securing a 4.5 GW deal with Oracle and similar commitments totaling nearly the same scale as the original vision.

Key Lesson Takeaways

  • The AI mega-project that wants everything at once is now shifting toward pilot-first, ROI-aligned, winner-builds-further execution, sound familiar?

  • Even at scale, friction at handoffs and alignment can derail moonshots faster than tech or capital shortages.

  • This is a reminder that operational clarity, mutual accountability, and precise roles aren’t just best practices, they’re mission-critical for AI success.
