Dispatch #009 | Opportunity is Earned, Not Given
From strangers in the crowd to building playbooks for the #1 marketing automation platform on the internet. (All within 1 year)

“Eighty percent of success is showing up.”
One year ago, we didn’t have a booth. We didn’t have a brand anyone knew. We had no titles, no badges, no team shirts.
What we did have was a damn good reason to be in the room.
It was July. Jazmin and I boarded a flight to Dallas, Texas to attend SaaSPRENEUR, our very first HighLevel event. This wasn’t just a conference, it was a recon mission.
We knew the environment would be target-rich. Agency owners. Power users. HighLevel OGs. Plus, the legendary Co-Founders SVR (Shaun, Varun, and Robin) were all scheduled to be in attendance.
When you’re early in the game, proximity is currency. And in a room of only 100 attendees, we knew the odds of making contact were high.
We came prepared. We weren’t there to spectate. We were there to make strategic introductions, build connections, and plant flags.
Between keynote sessions from Allie Bloyd and James Bonadies, we moved with intention, shaking hands, asking smart questions, locking in new relationships.
We connected with HighLevel corporate heavy-hitters like Wesley Williams (VP of Marketing), Chase Buckner (Director of Product Marketing), John Bermudez (Podcast Host), and Paulson Thomas (Director of Business Development).
By the end of Day 1, Paulson pulled Jazmin aside.
“Would you be willing to speak tomorrow during the Fast Five?”
Fast Five was a rapid-fire showcase where five attendees were chosen to share insights on stage for five minutes.
And for those of you who don’t know this, my wife is an absolute superstar. She nailed it! She didn’t hesitate.
No deck. No prep. Just pure field wisdom and fire. That moment on stage wasn’t just a win for her (and us), it was a sign that the mission was working.
Side note: HighLevel operates true to their mantra of “No one will move faster as a company than us.”
Jaz and I learned not only have your elevator pitch well rehearsed but apparently a whole presentation lock and loaded because you never know when you asked to share the stage and give a talk.
🎥 Watch Jazmin’s Fast Five talk here:
Spoiler: That one opportunity unlocked a series of relationships and downstream partnerships that are still bearing fruit to this day.

Mission Debrief: Fulfillment Secured. Growth Unlocked.
One of our agency partners was standing on the edge of a breakthrough.
Their lead generation system was working. Their offer was converting. Their pipeline was full of ready-to-close clients.
But they were stalling.
Not because of lack of demand, but because their internal fulfillment team was already maxed out.
They didn’t have the bandwidth or the trained Operators to take on more work without risking delivery delays, refund requests, or worse damaging the company’s reputation they’d spent years building.
They weren’t alone. This is the choke point where most agencies plateau.
But this partner had something most don’t, our team on speed dial.
What We Did:
✅ Assigned a dedicated RevForce Operator as technical lead to sync with the agency’s internal account managers
✅ Standardized fulfillment workflows to ensure rapid deployment across new client accounts
✅ Built plug-and-play onboarding systems and centralized documentation to reduce handoff friction
✅ Activated our RevForce QRF (Quick Reaction Force) to scale delivery without increasing headcount and employee payroll costs.
🔥 Tactical Takeaways:
Your fulfillment system is your growth system. Don’t wait until you’re underwater to fix it.
White-labeled doesn’t mean invisible. Our Operators show up sharp, synced, and ready to represent your brand.
Scaling isn’t about adding more bodies. It’s about deploying the right team at the right time.
Operator Pro Tip:
📌 The best time to build your Operator bench is before you hit capacity.
Train your QRF in peacetime so they’re ready to deploy the moment the heat turns up.

That one event in Dallas….well it’s safe to say it was “THE Catalyst.”
Everything set in motion from that moment.
Every handshake, follow-up, voice note, and late-night sprint led us down a path we couldn’t have predicted but were absolutely built for.
Fast forward one year:
RevForce is supporting several agencies nationally and internationally.
In addition to our US based channel partnerships, we’re working with Leadnamic, an elite agency in the UK owned by Amazon best-selling author Richard Mawer who wrote
Remarkable Business Growth: Your Blueprint for 7 figures and beyond.
And how did this deal land on our doorstep?
It came by way of personal recommendation from none other than Shaun Clark himself.
Think about that. The founder of the most powerful marketing automation platform on the planet name dropping RevForce.
You can’t plan that. You can’t fake that. You earn that.
Here’s the real kicker, this wasn’t just a pipeline blessing, it turned into a full-blown strategic opportunity.
Because while we were working in the trenches with agencies like Leadnamic, we were also building our own training ecosystem. Documenting playbooks. Systematizing service. Training Operators.
And now? HighLevel has invited us to take those playbooks and turn them into official e-courses inside HighLevel University.
That’s right.
RevForce is building the training content for the HighLevel community, on their platform, backed by their team, promoted with their budget.
And get this, we still own the IP.
This level of partnership is rare. Most corporate beasts would chew you up, take your knowledge, and bury your name in legal fine print.
I’ve heard the horror stories. Smart people pouring months into a solution, only to have some three-letter org claim it as company property and slap a lawsuit on their contribution.
Not here. We’re playing a different game because the HighLevel ecosystem is built different.
This past year has taught me something I want every operator reading this to remember:
Show up before you're ready.
Keep building even when no one is watching.
Deliver excellence like the outcome is already guaranteed.
Because eventually when the opportunity comes knocking it won’t feel like luck. It will be purely logistical.
And speaking of opportunity, continue to stay sharp out there.
I’ll be making an official announcement soon when our RevForce Playbooks drop inside HighLevel University.
What we’re building isn’t just a course. It’s a tactical field guide for the next wave of Digital Operators and you’ll want to be ready when it launches.

Time for your recon drop.

🏭 Open AI’s GPT 5 will be Going Live In August
The next phase of the AI arms race is officially underway.
According to multiple reports, OpenAI is set to launch GPT‑5 as early as August 2025, following delays from earlier expected timelines.
This isn't a tweak, it’s a unified leap.
GPT‑5 will merge OpenAI’s o‑series reasoning models (like o3) with its GPT-series architecture into one powerful system.
Inside sources report GPT‑5 will come in multiple variants: Full, Mini, and Nano each optimized for different use cases via ChatGPT and API access.
Microsoft is also extending GPT‑5 into Copilot under a new "Smart" chat mode, giving Windows and Microsoft 365 users access to the same advanced capabilities without switching platforms.
🧠 Why it Matters (and How to Win)
Smarter reasoning, deeper context retention, fewer hallucinations. GPT‑5 is built for autonomous task execution, advancing beyond text generation into true agent-class AI.
With enhanced multi-step task ability, it’s the perfect tool for embedding workflows into CRM, automations, and business logic.
The real opportunity? Most SMBs are still climbing out of GPT‑3.5. The gap between the early adopters and the laggards is about to widen fast.
🔧 Tactical Edge from Prompt Intelligence
While you’re waiting for the GPT‑5 wave, here’s how to squeeze more power from what’s available now:
Role prompting: Ask ChatGPT to assume a character or expert identity (“act like a PhD professor”) to shape depth and tone.
Provide examples: Attach reference snippets or formats to anchor output style.
Context matters: Give background and intent, and not just keywords. Better context = sharper results.
Define personality & audience: Formal or casual? Internal ops or board slides? Set the tone explicitly.
Limit length: Insert depth where needed, concise when you need clarity.
