Dispatch #013 | The Next Revolution
Sharpened in Silence. Unleashed in Public.
6 Min Read
“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.”
Five years ago, Jazmin and I stepped off a plane from Thailand carrying more than backpacks and jet lag.
We came back carrying a mission.
Over there we witnessed the raw, unfiltered truth: the global workforce was already digital, already mobile, already rewriting the rulebook.
Borders didn’t matter. Offices didn’t matter. The only thing that mattered was skill, execution, and the will to adapt.
That was the spark.
Campfire Coworks was the first outpost.
Our small experiment in Marquette was designed to gather operators in one place, light a signal, and test if we could build a local stronghold for the digital economy.
And it worked up to a certain point.
But like all forward bases, Campfire had its limits. Four walls can hold community, but they can also cage it.
For the last two years, we’ve been building the next evolution. Quietly. Methodically.
Resources, tools, curriculum, and training all prepared for a new generation of Full Stack Operators (FSOs).
Not hobbyists. Not dabblers. Operators. People who can be dropped into any business environment, assess the terrain, and execute with precision.
This time we’re not chained to geography. What’s coming won’t just light a single fire in Marquette, it’ll ignite across the entire Upper Peninsula.
No leases. No limits.
We’ve spent years sharpening the blade. Now it’s time to draw it.
On Sunday, September 28th from 2–4 PM EST, we’re going live with a free 2-hour event.
Consider this announcement to be your first official briefing on the next phase of our mission.
“Victory belongs to the most persevering.”

Mission Debrief: From Vendor Dependence to Operator Control
A business owner running multiple locations in the med spa industry found my profile on the HighLevel Official Admin Directory.
She told me, “I liked your profile and company branding and so I wanted to speak with you.”
Pro Tip: If you’re already a business owner looking for a service providers, the HighLevel Directory is a great place to start looking.
I took the call and on the surface, everything looked solid.
She was running ads, social channels were active with lots of engagement, leads flowing in, and a healthy pipeline of potential customers.
But here’s the problem, her agency had the keys to the kingdom locked away.
She had no access to automations. No visibility into follow-up. No ability to tweak or improve conversions.
She was stuck in vendor dependence, watching opportunities leak out of the system.
Most business owners in that position just keep paying the monthly fee and hope for the best. Not this one.
She spotted the inefficiencies, built her own installation of the software, and said: “I can do this better if I just have the system in my hands.”
That’s the Operator mindset and that’s exactly who we look for.
Clients who don’t want babysitting. They want control, documentation, and a system that empowers their team to execute without being held hostage.
They just need some guidance along the process.
What We Did:
✅ Mapped the journey from traffic to capture to conversion.
✅ Audited what her existing agency built versus what functionality was hidden.
✅ Designed a plan to redeploy her systems into her own environment, with documentation for her team.
🔥 Tactical Takeaways (For Business Owners Seeking Service Providers)
If you don’t control your systems, your vendor controls you.
Leads without conversion are just noise in a database.
The best clients already think like Operators. They just need the training, tools, and SOPs to run the machine.
Business Owner Pro Tip:
📌 Never outsource your control. Vendors can run campaigns, but Operators own infrastructure. The difference is night and day when it comes to scaling with precision.
On Saturday, September 28th from 2–4 PM EST, we’re going live with a two-hour event.
This isn’t just another webinar. This is the beginning of a campaign.
Our mission is clear: help nine hundred and six people build $100K+/year digital incomes.
Not just to bless their households, but to spark a $100M economic engine that powers small businesses across the Upper Peninsula.
Why does this matter?
Because historically, the greatest export of the U.P. has never been iron ore, timber, or copper, it’s been talent.
Our best and brightest have been forced to leave in search of opportunity. And those who fight to stay face these constant challenges:
Seasonal tourism dollars that rise and fall like the tide.
Wages that have been stagnant for decades.
A housing market that promises “affordable” living but rarely delivers.
Government agencies have been waving the “economic development” flag for years, but let’s be honest, bureaucrats don’t build empires.
Now do these organizations start initiatives? Of course they do.
But in my opinion they are always short lived and doomed to fail from the start.
The reason being is because it was a third party purchase.
Third Party Purchase = Taking someone else’s money and making a purchase for something you wouldn’t necessarily be using yourself.
In other words, their wasn’t any skin in the game on their end.
So that is why it has always been free enterprise to the rescue.
The real breakthroughs come when entrepreneurs see the problem and refuse to look away until they’ve forged a sustainable solution.
Entrepreneurs that not only lead with their personal efforts but have the balls to invest their own hard earned dollars.
That’s what September 28th is about. Not theory. Not policy papers. True workforce development.
And make no mistake, this won’t just be another community meeting.
This will be the biggest event in U.P. history when it comes to building a workforce development revolution.
Stay tuned. When the registration page goes live, you’ll want to be the first in line.
Time for your recon drop.
This is Actionable Intelligence that matters, globally and inside the HighLevel war room.
AI Runs on Silicon, Not Smoke
Everyone’s talking about AI models, prompts, and agents.
Here’s the truth no one likes to admit, AI lives and dies by the hardware.
The brilliance of the software is chained to the silicon it runs on, and silicon is one of the most capital-intensive games on Earth.
That’s why last week’s move by Intel and the U.S. government is a big deal.
President Trump announced that Intel has agreed to give the United States a 10 percent equity stake in exchange for CHIPS Act funding already on the table.
Shares of Intel spiked on the news. The catch? It’s a non-voting stake.
The government won’t call the shots inside the boardroom but it will have skin in the game.
Read between the lines: subsidies are no longer free handouts. Industrial policy is being recast into ownership.
If the state funds the foundation, it expects equity on the balance sheet.
For Intel, it means billions in cash to scale chip manufacturing. For the U.S., it means securing the supply lines that will either fuel or choke the next generation of AI infrastructure.
Key takeaways for Operators:
AI is not magic, it’s machinery.
Every workflow we build and every system we deploy, all traces back to chips that cost billions to design and years to fabricate.
If you want to understand where the digital economy is headed don’t just watch the models, watch the factories that make the silicon they run on.
