Dispatch #016 | The Revival Protocol
The mission to rebuild meaningful careers.
9 Min Read
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.”
Last week Jazmin, myself, and one of our Operators who we will refer to as ‘Renegade’ visited the Innovate SmartZone, a local EDO focused on fueling innovation in the Upper Peninsula.
The reason we were there was to listen to a founder named Tomasz walk through his company, Customer Lens AI.
His mission? Helping startups find product-market fit through AI-powered customer discovery.
As he was going through his product demo, I realized we’ve been doing our own form of customer discovery for the last five years. Not with software. With boots on the ground.
Hundreds of conversations, late-night Zoom calls, DMs, emails, whiteboards, and walk-and-talks with struggling founders, burned-out employees, career changers, and small business owners on the brink.
We weren’t just asking, “What’s your problem?” We were digging for the deeper layer.
One of the best frameworks we ever found was from Donald Miller’s Building a StoryBrand. His big insight? Your customer is the hero. You’re just the guide.
It’s a mindset shift that most companies never make. And the ones who do? They win.
This week, that lesson came roaring back. Because when you strip back the layers, there are only two reasons a customer ever takes action:
They’re trying to survive
Or they’re driven to thrive
Survival is primal. It’s powerful. But left unchecked, it becomes a trap.
A customer in survival mode isn’t thinking long-term. They’re thinking: “I just need to make it through the week.”
That mindset kills dreams before they ever take form.
So we started asking ourselves again, What’s the “Why” that makes someone move? What’s the dream that makes the fight worth it?
Because the truth is, people aren’t lazy. They’re uninspired.
They were told to chase degrees that led to debt, not meaning. They were sold a job title, not a career path.
And now they’re exhausted, overextended, and trapped in a funnel that ends in retirement, if they’re lucky.
So let’s ask a harder question:
What is a career, really?
A career isn’t a job. It’s not a 9–5.
It’s the accumulation of your life’s work. The skills, the mastery, the impact, the evolution.
At RevForce, we’re on a mission to revive that concept.
To help people rediscover meaningful work. To give small business owners and startups access to Operators who care deeply and move quickly.
And to give our Recruits a path that means something. This isn’t just business. It’s a war cry for the lost builders.
It’s a revival of the American Dream and it’s only just begun.
“A paycheck might keep you alive, but a mission gives you a reason to fight.”

Mission Debrief: The Social Visibility Squeeze
This dispatch comes straight from one of our Operators embedded in the field.
Some clients come in guns blazing, others just want to stay seen without losing their damn minds in the process.
This client fell into the second camp.
It was a clear mission to boost social visibility. Her big obstacle was time poverty.
They weren’t trying to become influencers. They just wanted consistent posts that showcased their products without hiring a full-time social media manager or spending every Sunday in Canva hell.
That’s where our Operator stepped in.
The first move? Tactical calendar deployment.
She configured the HL social planner so content could be scheduled weeks in advance. No more posting from the hip.
Second move? Product visibility matrix.
She built a clean project management board that tracked every product, past and future promo status, and priority level. Now, nothing slips through the cracks.
Final move? AI augmentation.
She trained their system to batch-create social content in one 2-hour sprint per month.
The result? A once overwhelming task now fit neatly into a morning coffee block.
Here’s the repeatable system breakdown:
New product? Upload to project board → tag as “new”
Upload product image to HL media library → tag as “uploaded”
Schedule first post → tag as “1st promotion”
Duplicate/schedule secondary posts → tag as needed
Now, what used to feel like a second job is a streamlined, no-friction system that keeps their brand visible without draining their life force.
✅ What The Operator Did:
Configured HL’s social planner with a monthly content calendar
Built a project management system to track product promotions
Integrated AI tools to help batch content creation in advance
🔥 Tactical Takeaways (For Business Owners Seeking Service Providers)
Don’t confuse presence with pressure. You can show up without burning out
Systems beat spontaneity when consistency is the goal
With the right tools, content batching can go from monster to manageable in 2 hours flat
This wasn’t about getting louder. It was about getting smarter.
After that Smartzone demo event, Jaz and I couldn’t stop talking about it.
Not because of what was said, but because of what wasn’t.
There’s this dangerous assumption floating around the business world. That assumption is that people will figure it out once they get desperate enough.
That “hunger” magically turns into skill. That if someone’s truly motivated, they’ll just start Googling and Chat GPTing their way to success.
It’s a fantasy.
Here’s the truth, motivation without a map is just panic with good intentions. And for the last five years, we’ve seen it firsthand.
We’ve talked to single moms who lost their jobs and needed to pivot fast. Veterans with discipline but no direction in the digital world. Mid-career professionals quietly researching, “How to Become a Freelancer With No Experience.”
They’re not lazy. They’re ready, but no one handed them a damn playbook.
That’s why we started building one.
The RevForce OS (Operator System) was never about teaching people “how to use software.”
It is about showing them how to reclaim their time, their income, and their confidence.
It was about turning the Operator role into a modern-day trade.
A skillset that’s valuable. A career path that’s real. A system that’s repeatable.
A community that moves together.
We didn’t wait for permission. We just built the thing we wish we had when we started out.
And now, every time we see a new Recruit go from confused to certified, from invisible to in-demand, it reminds us exactly why we’re still in the fight.
Because purpose isn’t something you find. It’s something you build.
And that’s what we’re doing, one Operator at a time.
If you’ve been tracking this Dispatch and thinking “Damn, this sounds like me”, this is your rally point.
On Sunday, September 28th, from 2-4PM (EST) we’re going live with a first-of-its-kind free to attend virtual event.
906 Workforce Revolution
We’re pulling back the curtain on the exact playbook we’ve been building for the last several years:
Why the Operator Role is the new digital trade
How AI is reshaping jobs (and how to get ahead of the curve)
How to deploy the same tools we use to replace minimum-wage labor with automated systems
The blueprint to go from overlooked to in-demand even if you’re starting from scratch
This isn’t theory. It’s a battle-tested career framework that’s already helping Recruits build real income, land client contracts, and break free from dead-end roles.
For the first time, we’re opening the doors wide. No gatekeeping.
Just mission-ready training for those willing to make the leap.
Time for your recon drop.

China Targets Nvidia in Antitrust Crackdown
This week, China’s top antitrust watchdog issued a preliminary ruling against Nvidia, claiming the world’s most valuable chipmaker violated the terms of its $6.9B acquisition of Mellanox Technologies back in 2020.
The move, announced by the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), accuses Nvidia of failing to comply with key provisions outlined when the acquisition was approved.
And the timing? Conveniently aligned with escalating trade negotiations between the U.S. and China.
Why it matters:
Nvidia isn’t just another chip company, it’s the backbone of the AI arms race
Its GPUs power everything from ChatGPT to your latest AI Agent
If regulators tighten the screws, or if geopolitical tensions restrict supply lines, expect turbulence.
Tactical Implications:
China could slap Nvidia with fines up to 10% of prior-year sales or force business restructuring
Beijing has already warned domestic companies not to buy Nvidia’s “H20” chips
A growing black market for smuggled GPUs hints at just how critical this hardware has become
This isn’t just antitrust, it’s economic warfare via silicon.
Operators, SMBs, and Agencies who are dependent on AI tools should take note because hardware geopolitics affects software velocity.
Watch this space. What happens to Nvidia’s global access could ripple across the AI industry like a voltage spike in an overclocked server farm.

HighLevel | Weekly Feature Updates
Here are my top three choices from this week’s HighLevel Feature drop.
Reputation Management: Enhancements to Reviews AI
GBP Notifications – Once a Google Business Profile (GBP) is connected, users now receive a notification confirming that Reviews AI is enabled for their location. They can then choose to disable it or adjust the Reviews AI Mode as needed.
Granular Permissions – Agencies remain in control but can now grant locations the ability to create and edit their own Reviews AI Agents. By default, this option is disabled, so agencies decide who gets access.
HIPAA Compliance – For locations with HIPAA enabled, all Reviews AI responses are now fully HIPAA compliant, ensuring safe and secure handling of sensitive data.

Ecommerce: Smarter Download Button For Digital Products
Conditional Visibility in Thank You Page:
Download button appears only if files exist for the purchased digital item.
No files? The button stays hidden.
Customer Access Center (CAC):
Shows download links only for items with uploaded assets.
Items without files will display: “No downloads available yet.”
Mixed Orders:
Digital products with assets → show Download CTA.
Physical products → never show Download CTA.
Asset Changes:
Removal: If assets are deleted, the Download CTA disappears instantly.
Late Additions: If files are uploaded after purchase, the CAC updates automatically.
