Dispatch #023 | The Party Just Started

You’re not behind. You’re just early enough to win.

9 Min Read

“The only sustainable competitive advantage is an organization’s ability to learn faster than the competition.”

— Peter M. Senge

Last week, I sat across from a young man maybe 19 or 20 at a local lunch spot close to RevForce HQ.

With a plate of pizza between us and his father nodding silently as the conversation picked up speed.

He had just finished watching the two-hour webinar Jazmin and I recorded, the one outlining our BHAG to help nine hundred and six Yoopers build six-figure digital careers as Operators in the AI economy.

He showed up to that lunch sharp. Not physically suited up, but mentally dialed in.

His questions weren’t BS. Not the standard “how much does it cost” or “how long is the program” small talk.

His questions were about the process, skill development, mentorship, and of course business related on what the financial trajectory for an Operator looks like.

This kid had done his homework.

And the wildest part?

The very thing he’s about to train for, the majority of the AI tools we now use on a daily basis didn’t even exist three years ago.

I told him straight.

“Everything we’re teaching right now… it wasn’t real in 2021. I didn’t go to school for it. Jazmin didn’t. We just committed to learning it in real-time and figuring it out faster than most people were willing to.”

And that’s the truth most people don’t hear enough. You’re not late to the AI party. The party just started.

OpenAI dropped ChatGPT in late 2022. That was version 1 of the spark.

We’re barely three candles into the birthday cake and half the world still hasn’t even blown out the match.

So here’s your friendly fire-breathing PSA:

The difference between falling behind and seizing an advantage is often your willingness to learn while doing.

AI tools are changing daily. Integrations break. Standards shift. Paradigms must be unlearned to keep up.

And that’s exactly why the ones who win in this next wave won’t be the ones who got in first.

It’ll be the ones who adapt fastest, lead with curiosity, and build learning cultures inside their teams.

This Dispatch is for the builders, the learners, the late bloomers who realize showing up now is showing up early.

Whether you're an Operator or a business owner, let’s lead by example and remember this game is still in toddler mode.

“You don’t rise to the level of your expectations. You fall to the level of your training.”

Mission Debrief: The Fake Admin Fallout

We got called in to assist with a client’s Meta Business Page that boasts over 400K followers.

But there was a problem. The only admin with full control was a fake user account.

Meta caught on. When they realized the account wasn’t tied to a real person, they permanently restricted it.

No more access. No way to log in. No way to assign new admins.

We were flying blind inside a digital aircraft we couldn’t control.

And this wasn’t just some local page with a few dozen likes. This was a verified brand asset with serious traction now orphaned.

Here we are six hours later navigating Meta help docs, live support chats, escalation calls, you name it.

Pro Tip: Here’s a Quick Link to Meta Support

We even tried logging in through the connected Instagram account.

But two-factor authentication was tied to a 3rd-party authentication app owned by the previous service provider who had since ghosted the client.

Dead in the water. Until our weekly roll call when one of our Operators listened to the SITREP and casually dropped a bombshell:

“There’s a recovery protocol for orphaned Meta accounts. It’s tedious but it works.”

- Operator PostMaster

Glory.

He didn’t just tell us what to do.

He had documented the full procedure. A step by step plan like a true Operator.

And now we’re executing the recovery plan, one step at a time.

✅ What We Did:

  • Ran full reconnaissance through Meta’s public and internal support layers

  • Attempted recovery through all linked assets (Instagram, FB logins, MFA access)

  • Discovered 3rd-party access bottleneck and roadblocked escalation

  • Initiated the internal Operator recovery protocol with documented SOP

🔥 Tactical Takeaways (For Business Owners & Internal Teams)

  • Never build mission-critical assets under fake credentials. Meta doesn’t play around.

  • Your business page isn’t truly yours if you’re not the verified admin.

  • Time is your Operator’s most valuable asset. Be respectful and don’t send up a flare until you’ve exhausted every option.

  • Documentation isn't busywork, it’s survival gear. Write down what worked because it might save someone else's mission.

  • Your team is your fail-safe. But only if you’ve earned the right to lean on them by doing the work first.

After we wrapped up lunch, I told this young man and his dad to follow me.

We walked a few blocks down to RevForce HQ.

Nothing flashy. No skyscrapers. No VC-funded ping-pong tables. Just workstations, whiteboards, briefing rooms, and field equipment necessary for the next operation.

We stepped inside and they both saw it for what it was.

A launchpad. A forge. A place where Operators are built, not bought.

And because he’s local, he’ll train right here on base.

Not in theory. Not in abstraction. But in proximity to live missions, real clients, and active systems being deployed every day.

Since that day, he has made the decision and is now enrolled in the RevForce OS program.

Because of our shared connection, he’s been assigned to my squad.

Learning not just how we do what we do, but why it matters.

And if you’re reading this thinking you missed your shot? You haven’t.

The real race is just beginning and sometimes the fastest way to level up isn’t through more time or more talent. It’s through proximity.

Proximity to people, missions, and systems that pull you up to the standard.

Whether you’re stepping into AI for the first time or trying to lead a team through the fog of change, keep this in mind.

Be present. Be adaptive. Be willing to train like your life depends on it because your future just might.

Time for your recon drop.

This is Actionable Intelligence that matters, globally and inside the HighLevel war room.

AI Agents Go Rogue

Anthropic confirms the world’s first large-scale cyberattack run almost entirely by an AI.

This isn’t a drill.

In mid-September, Anthropic uncovered what may go down as the most pivotal moment in cybersecurity history: the first known AI-orchestrated espionage campaign carried out by a Chinese state-sponsored group.

This wasn’t AI being used as a sidekick.

This was AI as the attacker operating with minimal human input and executing mission-level cyber operations across 30 global targets.

Targets included tech giants, financial institutions, chemical manufacturers, and even government agencies.

Here’s how the operation went down:

  • The attackers jailbroke Claude Code, tricking it into thinking it was a white-hat cybersecurity employee.

  • They then used its agentic capabilities, looped autonomous behaviors to inspect, infiltrate, and extract.

  • Claude was writing its own exploit code, harvesting credentials, cataloging intel, and even documenting the attack for future playbooks.

Let that sink in.

The AI didn’t just execute the hack. It wrote the SOP for the next one.

Why it matters:

  • Speed & Scale:
The volume of requests the AI made (thousands per second) would have been impossible for human hackers to match.

  • Lower Barriers to Entry:
You no longer need a black hoodie and years of technical experience to wreak havoc. With jailbroken AI agents, even novice actors can deploy enterprise-level cyberattacks.

  • New Normal:
AI is no longer just a productivity tool, it’s a threat vector. Just like nuclear energy, its value is defined by who controls it and how it’s wielded.

What We’re Watching at RevForce:

  • How Claude and other frontier models update their safeguards and guardrails

  • Expansion of SOC (Security Operations Center) automation using agentic AI

  • How business owners, especially SMBs, integrate AI without exposing vulnerabilities

  • The balance between AI’s offensive capabilities vs. defensive deployments

This moment is a turning point.

The enemy isn’t just script kiddies anymore, it’s scalable, self-documenting, and running loops without sleep.

If you’re not embedding cybersecurity awareness into your tech stack and training Operators to spot these risks, you’re building a castle on shifting sand.
